Fall 2018 was a transformational period for Take A Breather Foundation, which was made possible by donors, sponsors, and supporters like YOU! On Friday, November 1st, Take A Breather Foundation was the benefitting charity of the Philadelphia Fund Alliance gala, which collectively raised over $80,000 for Take A Breather! The Philadelphia Fund Alliance is a group of Philadelphia-based asset management industry professionals formed to hold an annual fundraiser to benefit one or more charities in the greater Philadelphia area. The annual fundraiser not only supports a great cause, but also highlights Philadelphia’s deep roots and influence in national financial markets and services, including traditional mutual funds and alternative asset vehicles. Our second annual Take A Breather gala was a huge success, which took place on Friday, November 2nd at the Merion Cricket Club. With guest speakers, a silent auction, entertainment, dinner, and WISHES, the Take A Breather Foundation raised nearly $100,000 with your help! We are so excited to send Kimberly Diaz and her family on an unforgettable trip to Disney World! Special thanks to everyone who participated in the Gift-A-Wish challenge that night.
